And Meta held its annual developer conference yesterday. It's still doubling down on the metaverse with the new VR headset and some celebrity A I avatars for more. So it's dropping the price point, selling the product actually for a loss and focusing on gaming. In fact, 500 games and apps will be available for the Quest three at launch, which is on October 10th. The Quest Three will also focus on mixed reality with a pass through mode that will allow you to see the real and the virtual world at the same time. That sounds familiar. It's because Apple's mixed reality headset, the vision pro will also allow you to do the same. However, Apple's headset will start at $3499 which is way more than Meta's offering. And people are also buzzing about the celebrity A R avatars that meta unveil. Tell us about that as well. Well, this is part of meta's plan to improve on its artificial intelligence experiences. It's adding about 28 A I characters that you can interact with on chat and it partnered with celebrities to create these new personalities.
